What is temporary partial disability?

If your authorized physician has you on light duty or restricted work, you must contact your employer to determine whether they have any work available within your restrictions. If they don’t, you’re entitled to temporary partial disability benefits.

Also, if you’re back to work but earning less than 80% of your pre-injury wages, you’re also entitled to temporary partial disability benefits.
