Were Pool Regulations Followed?

There are strict requirements that pool owners must follow in order to ensure a pool is in compliance with state law, including regulations that govern barrier requirements, gates and other safety measures. A successful pool barrier must prevent a child from getting over, under or through and keep a child from gaining access to the pool except when supervising adults are present. Pool regulations apply to both under and above ground pools.

They Need to Be Held Accountable

We understand that you may be worried about taking legal action, but homeowners, babysitters or neighbors need to be held accountable for negligent supervision and failing to follow safety regulations.
