The Responsibility for Safety Rests With the Dog Owner

By Florida statute, dog owners are liable for the damage done to people or property by their pets. Whether a dog owner failed to properly fence their yard or keep a leash on their dangerous dog, they are responsible for the resulting injuries.

Children Are Especially Vulnerable

While both children and adults can be bitten by dangerous dogs, these attacks often result in facial injuries and other catastrophic injuries to children, who are often in closer proximity to dogs and less able to defend themselves.

Victims may be eligible for compensation based on medical bills, pain and suffering, emotional distress and other economic and non-economic damages. We will help you seek compensation from the dog owner's homeowners insurance policy and other sources.

To schedule a free initial consultation with an experienced dog bite injury lawyer, contact us today. You will pay no attorney fees or costs unless we recover compensation on your claim.
