Truck & Tractor Trailer Accidents

Personal Service for Victims of Truck Accidents

Due to their sheer size and the speed at which they move, trucks and tractor trailers are capable of causing massive amounts of damage in collisions with other motor vehicles. If you or a loved one has been injured or killed in a truck accident, it is critical to talk to an experienced truck accident lawyer as soon as possible.

At The Law Offices of Victor J. Musleh, Jr., P.A., in Ocala, we have extensive experience, having represented more than 2,000 accident victims in North Central Florida. We believe strongly in providing our clients with old-fashioned customer service and honest, straightforward legal advice.

Good legal representation shouldn't be reserved for the rich, powerful and well-connected. We are committed to making sure that ordinary citizens explore every option to receive the full compensation they deserve after a truck accident. Contact us today for a free consultation.

There Are Many Causes of 18-Wheeler Trucking Wrecks

Regardless of the cause of your trucking accident, if it was caused by negligence you could be entitled to significant compensation for lost wages and medical expenses. We handle a variety of big rig truck crashes caused by:

  • Unsecured cargo
  • Overloaded cargo
  • Drowsy drivers
  • Large blind spots

We investigate these accidents thoroughly to determine the cause, often working with accident reconstructionists and engineers to determine how fast a truck was going and how quickly the brakes could have been applied to stop the vehicle.

Did They Break the Rules?

There are many rules and regulations that govern trucking company hiring practices as well as how many hours truckers can be on the road in a given time period. If regulations were ignored, we will go after the driver and the trucking company to secure the compensation you deserve.
