Take as Many Photographs as You Can

We cannot stress the importance of this enough. Obtaining evidence of the damage to your vehicle is extremely important as insurance companies will argue that the impact was too minimal to cause your injuries. Having pictures from all parts of the vehicle, including the trunk and underbody, helps us immensely as we prepare your case.

Make Sure You Receive Medical Treatment

After the accident, it is important to seek consistent medical care and document all injuries, regardless of their immediate severity. Even an injury that seems minor right after the accident could develop into a debilitating medical condition down the road.

Seek Compensation That Will Meet Your Present and Future Needs

If you have been hurt, you will likely be eligible for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) benefits from your insurance company that will pay for 80 percent of your medical bills and 60 percent of your lost wages. We will do everything in our power to help you make up the difference and obtain sufficient compensation to make a full recovery.
